One of my favorite ways to use it is for a super quick dressing: just mix 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon honey, and a pinch of chili flakes—and voilà! You have a delicious, restaurant-quality dressing in under a minute. It’s versatile, flavorful, and a little goes a long way. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to elevate everyday meals without fuss! The smell and flavor is very different from olive oil, so it gives you e perception of completely different dressing if you substitute your regular olive oil with this one sometimes. The oil doesn't have a strong toasted flavor... it's not much different than a regular sesame oil.

Stir fry beef or chicken with this oil, with a touch of tamari ( gluten free) or soy sauce. Add broccoli florets. Top it off with a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Make some rice and voila! Dinner in 20 minutes. Toasted sesame oil is a great addition.
