Review: Scans only 91-92 % of the negative (35mm). Don't Buy. Indian Reseller is BAD - This item is not suitable to the 35mm film size. About 8-9% of the image is not scanned on the longer side. Horizontally(smaller side), it is okay. Though most users may not even notice it, this could be the problem of exact size of the aperture on the adapter. Adapter's aperture size should be a bit bigger. The reseller in India, i.e., Laazda does not even try to understand the issue. When I raised the issue, he offered only 30% or less refund of the price. They don't even know anything about the product and asked me to contact Kodak, USA. There is no use in contacting desertcart Customer Service. It took a dozen calls and finally, when desertcart's A-Z guarantee team stepped in, they wanted me to return the product without confirming I will get 100% refund. My first worst experience with desertcart's Customer Service in the last one and half decade. Despite multiple requests to confirm full refund, they don't respond. They don't even help how can I appeal against their decision. They simply closed my case as I have not returned the product to the reseller. How can anyone return the product without the guarantee that there will be full refund? No answers. Considering the way India functions, it appears that the reseller did surely MANAGE desertcart's team also.
