I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this product for the price. This is very well made, durable, easy to use, versatile. Love the instructional workouts that it came with. I filled mine with sand, very easy to do with the double pouch. Good for varying weight from light to heavy, so anyone can use it. Really can’t go wrong by adding this to your exercise regimen.

Richtig gut! Die originalen bulgarischen aus Schafsleder, sind sicher eine andere Liga in Bezug auf Qualität und Verarbeitung sowie Haptik, aber am Ende zählt das Training und es funktioniert zumindest für mich super. Eine gelungene und schöne Abwechslung zum normalen "Eisen". Bisher (ca 3 Monate, 2-3 x pro Woche) macht es eine "stabile Figur" - im doppelten Sinne. ;) . Alle Nähte sitzen bombenfest. Hab es mit Buddelkastensand (ca 3 Euro pro 25 Kilo Sack) ausm Baumarkt befüllt. Stahlkugeln wären bei gleicher Menge schwerer, aber deutlich teurer. Es werden neue Reize gesetzt, es macht Spaß und ist bezahlbar..was will man mehr?
