I did research on pumpkin seed oil before purchasing this product. I didn't know how much health benefits pumpkin seed oil has. Pumpkin seeds are nutrient-dense, offering protein, fiber, healthy fats, antioxidants, magnesium, and zinc, which support heart health, blood sugar regulation, better sleep, prostate and bladder function, strong immunity, and healthy skin, while also promoting good digestion and potentially reducing inflammation. All sounds something I need! Size of this bag and pills are nice and super easy to swallow. I offer to my husband so we both can benefit from this product. We will see if we feel any difference!

I am absolutely blown away by this supplement. After losing so much hair in the past few months, I would literally have a panic attack when it was hair wash day because of the hand fills off hair I knew was going to be in my hands. I stayed using these Dec 25,2025 and here we are January 12 and I barely have any hair shed during washes and while putting products on my hair. These truly work!!!! They are large, somewhat of a challenge to swallow, but worth it! I am NOT a paid influencer or sponsored. I just want people to know that this truly works and blocks that hormone that makes hair fall out. I don't think it regrows hair, but it will stop it from coming out in clumps!!!

These are AMAZING!!! I am on my second bag. I noticed a difference in my hair shedding after just 3 days of use! My hair was falling out in clumps every wash and now, I have hardly any falling out. I am in my second month and have just started noticing the regrowth. That is not a guarantee with this product so I wasn't really expecting that. I am a very happy customer and I will never go a day without taking it.

I am taking this to help aid in hair growth. I am using it with other product a. it suggest 3 capsule per day and you get 300 capsules total so a good value for your money. The capsule are medium size but it goes down easy. I will continue using this though I think it will take time to see result. the ingredients listed on the label are appears clean as describe on the seller and I recommend.

This supplement has helped me with hair retention so much! After a year on a GLP1, and hair loss after heavy braids that I had in for a month, about half of my hair had fallen out. My curly afro began to look "see thru" and I was so self conscious. I started taking these, mind you, 1/3 of the suggested amount per day (1 pill), and saw a significant difference. I no longer lose much hair, maybe 1-2 strands every now and then. Even when I detangle my hair, I basely shed hair. My hair has also grown back so much. I highly recommend to anyone who has experienced extreme hair shedding, especially due to weight loss. The pills are a slightly larger than your average supplement, but they are easy to take, with a smooth texture that makes them easy to swallow.

Exactly what I needed

If you are on a GLP1 shot, these will be your best friend. I went for months before I found out about these and I lost so much hair! I thought I was going to go bald! I started taking these and my hair fall almost stopped. Took about 2 weeks but I noticed less and less in the brush everyday. I started taking another brand that claimed to be better than these and my hair started falling out very badly again, so I bought more of these and now I’m taking them again and back to very little hair fall, so I can 100% say that these absolutely work for shedding!!!! My SIL just started her WL journey too and I had her buy these the very first day so she wouldn’t lose hair like I did. We both love them! Do not try the others.. just order these! I promise you they are worth it!!

This is a wonderful product, but it has a few side effects. Pumpkin seed oil supplement is amazing for it’s hair growth, and overall health properties. It is beneficial and easy to take. I was a bit worried that the pill size wouldn’t be able to swallow easily. Man was I wrong. My hair is becoming fuller and in heading a lot less. It has helped with growing baby hairs. I definitely recommend. Something to think about though, is the side effects. The side effects of this pill are skin, irritation, itchy skin, diarrhea, and nausea. Don’t fret, though because the most common side effect is skin irritation and most don’t even get it. People with very sensitive skin will be prone to irritation and may have a higher chance of getting the skin irritation than others with normal to oily skin. I’ve k picked I got mild irritation from the pill. It is because I have very sensitive skin and I’ve had it my whole entire life. It runs in my family to have skin cancer and skin conditions so I wasn’t really surprised to have sensitive skin and that this pumpkin seed oil supplement would irritate. Over all I’m loving this product. Hope this helps.

Excellent product. Arrived quickly

I had tried a previous brand and results more good, started using this one and my hair is falling out like it’s not helping at all. Personally would not buy this brand again.
