Omg. Get it. So. I take a medication that makes me more susceptible to UTIs. Cry face. But I need the med so anyway, last time I got one, I immediately started taking probiotics and cranberry pills, drinking lots of water; unfortunately I needed antibiotics. BUT- they didn’t work!! I still had the terrible pain and burn, I was taking the little red tablets that mask the pain just to get by, but it wasn’t healed. Another round of a different antibiotic- STILL DIDNT WORK. I went through TWO MONTHS of a constant UTI until I took a test so they could see a list of which antibiotics I’m resistant to susceptible to, the 3rd one finally worked. But after 2+ months which is obvi not good. If you’re still reading! Since that nightmare 3 months ago, I have been taking probiotics, cranberry pills, AND D-Mannose which helps flush bacteria from the urinary tract. I was good until all of a sudden this week- that feeling: i knew with dread it was coming. And it did again, so suddenly that even tho I immed took the small red burn pain relief pills I had; I had chills, nausea and was shaking while sweating. So, the worst possible UTI. Thanks for coming along this far, anyways I started popping the probiotics and cranberry pills again as many as I could stomach and drinking all the water. But it persisted through the next 48 hrs though those symptoms were relieved with the red pills. Finally we get to our point- day 3 I received THIS product- same brand as the other but I saw that it had an anti bacterial active ingredient in addition to simply relieving the pain. IT WORKED!!!! I cancelled my Dr appt. Didn’t have to take antibiotics and I’m astounded and now have them on Subscribtion. If you’ve tried everything including resistant antibiotics (that are also so bad for our good gut bacteria) GET THESE. I’m at day 5 now with 2 days feeling fine but I’m still taking a few a day just in case. I’m going to keep them on hand an take them at the first sign of the devilish infection. These cure my UTIs. I wish they contained the pain-killing dye as well, but it's possible to buy that separately and take them at the same time.

I started take this while traveling to combat a UTI until I could get to our destination and find an urgent care. Turns out that this was so effective that my symptoms all but disappeared. The UC doctor was ineffective, so I kept taking this and drank a LOT to flush everything out. Eventually, the UTI symptoms were gone, I just had to deal with blood in the urine, which, too, ceased. By the time I got to my regular doctor, was "UTI free". Like any medication, take at your own risk. One thing to note is it contains aspirin for the pain relief factor. Aspirin is a blood thinner so if you are already taking a blood thinner, you must adjust your dosage. I had a bug bite that I scratched and it bleed like I had struck an artery. Also, do not give to children because of the risk of Reyes Syndrome.

I've managed to sit out two UTIs with this without getting on antibiotics. I just take two 3 times a day when I start to feel one coming on and it clears up in a few days. The pain management doesn't really work, but that's what the orange AZO pills are for. I take them in conjunction.
