I'm very very skeptical of skincare products, I researched each and every ingredient in here. There are some that I wish they had omitted, and I wish it had a higher percent of organic ingredients. But overall I'm satisfied with the ingredients, it's mostly natural, nothing toxic in here. It goes on like any other thick face cream or night cream. The dominant scent is a regular lotion or face cream smell (like a cocoa butter smell), but it does have an end note of citrus, with a hint of some earthy tones but not much. It's definitely less scent than I was expecting, not strong. It also has a bit of lavender, that keeps it light and sweet, and also keeps it gender neutral. I wouldn't call it a masculine scent. I like it, but it's mostly just a lotion smell that goes away, it's not going to clash with cologne or any other products. It goes on smooth, soaks in, and feels nice. This is only 2 ounces but goes a long way, you only need a dab. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because my favorite moisturizer, a balm, is by a competing brand Monster and Son. It's absolutely 100% organic, no questionable ingredients, with more complex scent profile (more like cologne), and less expensive. But this is nice too, I like it.

This is a very creamy cream for a man's face. But I like it on my female face. It's a little on the scenty side but not overly so and really does feel good on my facial skin. I no longer produce those wonderful oils like I did when I was a teenager, so I have to constantly apply a lotion, cream, oil or something to keep my skin soft and moisturized. This cream does a good job but it sure is expensive for the little 2 ounces you get. As of this review one little jar costs almost $22.00.

My.husband really likes this moisturizer, he likes the way it feels on his skin and it has really helped out this winter since it tends to dry our skin out. The only thing that he didn't like was the smell of it. It isn't bad smell but it doesn't appeal to him. It is a smaller then usual size as well.

This facial cream has the same ingredients you'd find in a woman's product. It's just the "manly" packaging and the scent that makes it a man's product. The scent is a combination of cedarwood, bergamot and clove. Woody, earthy, not sweet. Shaving does tear up a face, so using this moisturizer is a good daily solution.

My husband likes this moisturizer. Not greasy and very hydrating, very mild smell.
