Yes there were 12 lip gloss. Very small but very cute. The girls loved them.

where are these made?

They made in China or Korea. They don't come prepackaged and sealed. Some of the pieces came loose. All the flavors are basically the same. The pieces are much much smaller than the little egg shape lip gloss you see on TV commercials and in the American department stores. (not worth it).
