Excellent material, it’s Amazing

I bought this stainless steel flan mold to prepare homemade desserts like flan and custards, and it has worked exactly as expected. La compré por ser una flanera diferente a las típicas además de estar en descuento. Me gusta el material. El cierre hermético, fácil de lavar, no se le pega el caramelo del flan, mi flan quedó excelente. Lo único malo es lo difícil que es abrir la flanera para revisar el flan y hacer la prueba del cuchillo ya que son 3 broches y cierran demasiado bien. Me costó abrirla pero el resultado fue exquisito.

Update: awesome product, indestructible. We thought it was jammed and hammer it for a long time and shake it to get it open. Apparently my mom didn’t let it cool. Let it cool people or it won’t open!!!!. So after resisting unharmed our hammering attempts to open it, it came through with bot even a scratch and now we now how to use it! Would recommend it a 100%, actually getting another one for my mom. Old review: WE just got one and tried to make a flan today, we are not new at doing flans. well, when it came out of the IP no one can open the flan pan, we tried everyway possible ans there is no way to open it, a very dissapointed and worried I might have to throw it away.

Excelente, por lo menos la version que estan vendiendo ahora la calidad y grosor de la lamina es bastante buena y resistente, lo mejor es que no es aluminio. Totalmente recomendado, es la medida perfecta para la clasica receta, es muy compacto y te cabe en cualquier olla para que uses baño maria. Si los flanes no te quedan es porque necesitas una flanera de estas, antes usaba otros moldes y no quedaban tan bien pero con esta al sellar bien y distribuir bien el calor quedan perfectos!
