I bought this in January as my New Year’s resolution was to drink more water. At the time of buying it was cheaper to buy the biggest option and it is fairly large but I have definitely been drinking more water. I feel it was value for money. It comes with 2 straws and also a coffee cup style lid. I haven’t only used it for water so can’t comment on the coffee lid. It’s modern looking (although my manager did comment it looks like a toilet brush which tickled me). It’s dishwasher proof. It keeps my water cold all day (if I have had water last that long) I can get through 3 of these a day. It hasn’t affected the taste of my water. My 3 year old always wants to use it when she sees it, I am tempted to treat her to her own one albeit a smaller size 🤣

I bought this to replace one that keeps my ice water cold for 48 hours. While this one doesn't keep it cold that long, it remains cold long enough and it very sleek looking (I got the matte black). Straw makes it so it doesn't leak, which was helpful when I went to grab it from next to my bed in the middle of the night, missed, and ended up on the floor. No leaks. I haven't tried it with hot beverages but I havw faith. One thing to note... do not try to unscrew the lid with your left hand. I have NO idea why, but I can try until I'm blue in the face to unscrew the lid with my left hand to no avail. I question my sanity. My life flashes before my eyes. Try it with my right hand, comes off like a strippers clothes when offered $1000. Legit. Physics went out the window when I tried with my left but was successful with the right. It makes no sense but I think it's important for buyers to know that it is bias on how it is opened.

I have a few each of both Classic and Voyager, so bought these as a more durable replacement to the plastic straws.

I've tried several reusable straws of different material: silicone, metal, etc. Used paper straws. This is the best reusable straw I've found because it is durable, has no taste, good mouth-feel, easy to clean. Mouth-feel: Didn't like the way the silicone straws felt in my mouth. Too weirdly chewy and kind of a film taste to it. Metal ones were too rigid. This one is right in the middle - harder plastic so it isn't flexible like silicone, but isn't hard like metal. No taste or film to the exterior of the straw, just feels like plastic. Easy to clean: I put these in my dishwasher and they get cleaned fine in there. The only reason I've had to purchase new ones is because my kittens like to chew on them if they can find them. Even with the kittens chewing on them, they don't break off, but become unusable because the opening gets crushed down. Great straws!
