Good cooker, but
Its an overall good rice cooker, but the rice sticks to the bottom unless i stir it at the end. It doesnt turn off on its own at the right time so need to supervise. otherwise its good and can be used for pasta and chicken as well. Basically its just an electric cooking pot not necessarily for rice only

Not non stick
Although in the product description it is mentioned that its non- stick. But in reality its not non stick and thats actually creates a big problem while cleaning. Rest is fine.

I work in the Central African Republic where the power voltage is 220. This cooker works excellently well and does not burn your food. I have been having rice cookers, but the black & Decker is the best!

Very unhappy with product. The non stick coating is not good. Asked for a return but they refused return. Now cooker is not cooking...even just plain rice. Bought it to carry on trips but suffered this last trip for food because of this faulty cooker.
