May not fix the door
After spending an hour or more to get to the door winder cable I found a broken pulley within the motor which has no aftermarket replacement. I tried to fix the pulley with JB Weld unsuccessfully (worked for ~1 month) and ended up having to cough up the cash for the winder + door rollers + circuit board.

Missing parts
Did not include the crimp ends. Was able to find some that worked at the hardware store. Cable worked for two months and then broke.

Works for now
Replacing the cables on my Odyssey was about a 6-hr job, but I got it done and it's working. The cables were slightly too long, and I ended up having to cut about 2 inches off the end for them to fit in the pulley inside the motor housing. This was a nerve-wracking decision for me, as I could only estimate how much I needed to shorten the cables. If you find yourself having to shorten, just do a small amount, and make sure to the cut the same amount off both cables. The included ferrules seem a bit small, which makes me nervous. So far, they're holding up, but it wouldn't surprise me if one of these cables gets pulled out of the pulley. There's quite a few reviews saying these cables didn't last more than a few months, so I'll follow up in the future with how they're working out.

Did not work by itself
I was glad I bought 2 sets in anticipation of the other door going out. Only 1 cable from each kit was long enough, and the ferrules supplied did not fit the cables, but were also too skinny to be held by the cable spool. I bought my own ferrules and was able to make it work.

Worked well. Better than paying the honda dealer 1,000 to do it.

Cable slides out of pulley
Seems like it will work but the end cap that goes into the pulley isn’t as big as the factory cable. Meaning when you get it set, it may work temporarily but will eventually pull out of the pulley system and unravel. A waste of time and money. We tried to crimp it to see if we could salvage the cable and make it work but it wouldn’t work.
