I bought this product because of lack of energy. After more research, I discovered that it may help with anxiety, depression, etc... I'm even more excited to use this product now. I just took a full dropper and the taste isn't bad at all, doesn't smell and it is easy to swallow in 2 oz of water. I feel more awake, alert and 'even' (if that makes any sense). I usually get an upset stomach with supplements, but so far so good. Curious to see where this journey takes me.

I bought this at the advice of my integrative Doctor for energy, as my cancer meds have made me very fatigued. Unfortunately, it wasn't really the right fit for me and didn't really help, but that doesn't mean it wouldn't help someone else.

Actually works, so shocked.

Its not having a dramatic effect by any means but I definitely notice falling asleep is easier at night when I use this product. It really doesn’t have that bad of a flavor either, I just put a full Dropper into a mini water bottle that’s 3/4 full and can easily drink it. It does have an earthy flavor but nothing all that bad. Seems to keep me level-headed throughout the day. I need to keep taking it and get my cortisol tested because that’s the real reason I’m taking it.
