I have slim/long fingers and quite large hands for a woman. They fingers holes are quite tight, but OK for me. Anyone with thick fingers will struggle. I find the quality of them good, but when I'm picking up dumbells, I find them slipping (metal bars). However, they have made hanging from bars more comfortable.

I really wanted to like these - they are very well made, keep the hands nice and cool unlike full gloves and really do protect the hands from calluses but they are just a bit too padded. It is difficult for the hands to grip the bar doing deadlifts for very long, hands are feeling tired before the end of a set of 12 which is quite an unpleasant sensation. If they were a bit thinner they would be perfect, I purchased the rubber backed ones so maybe neoprene might have been a better option.

Love these , fit my hands perfectly and are very comfortable. The grip is great and has allowed me to lift heavier than I would before so are very effective

These Bear Grip leather pads were to replace the gloves after a few months. These do not have wrist supports which I personally prefer and allowed more air circulation to stop sweaty hands. These do not pads have 3 finger loops so that the little finger remains free. The pads are thicker than the glove but felt that this worked better. These are more expensive than the gloves and neoprene pads but am hoping they last longer. These fit well but would consider myself to have medium size hands. People with large hands may find the loops too small and pad not cover enough of the palm.

Die Griffpads haben eine gute Oberfläche, an der Handfläche wie auch am Eisen. Sie polstern im richtigen Maß, sodass die Hände ausreichend geschützt werden, man jedoch immernoch genügend Kontrolle über die Stange/Kurzhantel hat. Man kann die Griffpads tragen ohne sie nach jedem Satz ausziehen zu müssen, da sie nicht stören beim Umstecken oder beim Flasche Öffnen o.Ä.(höchstens beim Händeschütteln ;) ) Das Leder (vielleicht auch sehr gut gearbeitetes Kunstleder?!), das an der Hantel anliegt bietet guten Grip. Grundätzlich eine super Sache und eine gute Alternative für die, die auf schlicht stehen und denen handschuhe zu affig sind! :) Nur die Lieferzeiten sind ein wenig lang, da das Produkt per "Royal Mail" direkt von der Insel GB kommt :)

Loved the grips - great grip, comfortable. They lasted exactly 4 months of expected gym use (ie regular weightlifting, no circuit training or anything that would cause unnecessary wear and tear) and the stitching around the fingers started coming off.

Davvero ben fatti, alto spessore in neoprene, hanno un ottimo grip grazie allo strato in gomma che si trova sul lato inferiore. Completamente bordati ed esteticamente gradevoli, sono una buona alternativa ai guanti da palestra durante il periodo estivo.
