Graco 244194 244-194 Pump Repair Kit

This kit worked perfectly with one of the inexpensive Chinese cylinder replacements to get my 390 back to running like new. This kit had all necessary parts for my unit, and other parts for similar Graco models. I would have liked a larger and clearer instruction drawing since this was my first pump rebuild, but if you keep careful track of your old parts when you remove them (especially which way each part is facing when you remove it), you should be able to figure out how to put these parts in correctly. If it's your first time, keep in mind that several of your old parts will have changed color (and shape in some instances) due to high pressure and paint chemicals, so you can't depend on the color of the parts to help figure out what's what.

Great product. WAy cheaper than in NZ.

I bought the Graco repair kit #244-194 which states among other Graco pumps that it works for the Ultra 395. What I received was #18B260 which also states it’s for the Ultra 395. Long story short the repair kit DOES NOT fit the Ultra 395 pump. I didn’t get to doing the repair until after the return window expired so no recourse to return. Just a heads up for those buying it for the Graco Ultra line, it’s not the right kit.
