Great quality and thick! Have had these bands for years and recently repurchased for my daughter. The elastic slightly wears over time but we have also had these for over 6 years so that is to be expected. The different resistances are perfect and the quality of the material is great. Would buy this again in the future.

High quality and long lasting! I have used the medium strength band almost daily for about 18 months. I do hip and leg exercises. The band is still like new!! No fraying and it’s elasticity is still in tact! Also the band does not ride up or down, does not crimp, and feels comfortable. I highly recommend the bands.

Durable and machine washable

I've had these for a few months and use them a couple of times per week. No sign of wear and tear. Good quality. Comfortable to use around my legs.

So far so good! Works wonderful for PT as well as muscle resistance training! I use dumbbells at home but this created a whole level of a pump! Usually don't get as good of a workout unless I go to the gym. Easy to use, fast detaches for another set of a different workout. Awesome and highly recommend. Also don't feel like the bands are going to come at me, built tough! The additional attachments are awesome and can be used so many ways!

These bands are very nice quality but not really for small framed people. For them to really give the resistance I need they have to be tighter.

This is great, I love it. Material is great. I loved how it came with 3 levels of resistance, and the colors differentiate that.

These hip/glute resistance bands do exactly what they should--provide resistance--and seem sturdily made at a very reasonable price. The resistance level is fairly stiff so if you are used to Theraband-type resistance, this will be an adjustment. That's what I wanted, so I am a happy customer. (on a side note, I picked these out of the many brands available because the photos used in the advertisements were not ridiculous booty shots. I'm in this for self-improvement and strength, not to match some unrealistic standard of a highly subjective human ideal :-)

Purchased them for my partner to rehab her new knee. They seem to work well and she likes the fact that they are not your typical rubber resistance band. Says they are more comfortable and don't cause you sweat.

Resistance bands are of an excellent quality so good in fact I tried to order a second set.but unfortunately they were sold out at the time.

Really like these bands makes it nice and easy to do small home workouts when you can’t get to the gym or even for stuff at the gym, the levels of tension is great. Love every bit of it the belts also don’t roll up either they stay in place.

I have been using these bands for about 3 years and they work great. I use them for home workouts 3 to 4 days a week, and I haven't encounter any issues with them. All the accessories work great, I really think its a good buy.
