My dentist told me to keep this refrigerated. I assume it does not ship refrigerated. Anyone have issues with non-refrigeration?

Mine did too. My dentist said when I get home, to keep in the refrigerator. But let it warm before each use. Then refrigerate again.

mine did not come in a box, but in a ziploc plastic bag. the plastic screw-in tips were in the same bag, loose and not packed separately from the gel-containing syringes.

why is polanight 22% and polla day 35%

yes. exactly what my dentist sells me. only 2/3 rds the price. each syringe should give you 3 or 4 applications for both upper and lower trays. one syringe does NOT equal one application. great product.
