I have been reading a lot about the scientific research into probiotics and gut health and how poor digestion can impact on many other health issues. My health issues: - under active thyroid - difficulty losing weight - gastric ulcers - h.pylori - psoriasis - bloating - IBS - suspected hiatus hernia -GERD/acid daily - difficulty getting to sleep and staying asleep - low energy - severe anaemia I read Healthy Gut, Healthy You: The Personalized Plan to Transform Your Health from the Inside Out, Dr Michael Rustico and my health issues began to feel linked and what’s more linked to scientific evidence about long standing gut issues, difficulty absorbing nutrients (especially iron) and how we can have too much bad bacteria which causes a host of symptoms. I have taken this strain (50 billion) for 2 weeks now and so far my results: - psoriasis has virtually disappeared - stomach and intestinal cramps and gas rare - it was more than once a day before and severe - sleep right through and if I do wake just turnover and back into deep sleep - more energy and not exhausted at the end of the work day - no GERD/acid In short my mood is lifted, I feel happy, energetic and delighted my stomach problems seem to have disappeared. The other symptoms will take a little longer to gauge but I will repost.

Bought this product to give it a try after feeling the benefit of a two monthly course of another manufacturers similar product which was more expensive for less bacteria – in both strains and numbers – which I originally thought I would try to boost my immune system to cope with and counter the effects of looking after grandchildren several days a week, with their never ending constant stream of colds and runny noses. This probiotic has been a great help to me. My holistic doctor found that I have Candida. My upper stomach hurt every time I ate. It was very painful for me. After taking this supplement I noticed a big difference in my pain reducing. I still have a way to go with recovery but I am able to eat without the pain I once had. 2nd time buying this product and I bought the 3 month supply this time for best value. I dont get any bad side effects and the capsules are small and easy to take to replenish good bacteria. Very good if you are taking or have taken antibiotics in the past. My symptoms of bloating and discomfort especally after eating started to diminish after the first dose and continued to get better. . I took one capsule first thing in the morning on an empty stomach with lots of water and waited about 1 hour before eating anything and one before bed. This was a great bargain, but however on opening the item, I found 3 tablets had broken in transit and the contents had spilled out into the container making them useless.

I purchased these primarily because I suffered with bloating for 6 months or so, after two courses of anti-biotics. I was drawn to this particular product because after carrying out my own research, I wanted a probiotic that included Lactobacillus Plantarum and a CFU number as high as possible, without breaking the bank ! My research suggested that Lactobacillus Plantarum was very good if you have any bowel problems such as IBS and can help heal increased intestinal permeability syndrome which is responsible for many illnesses including arthritis and other immune system diseases where the immune system begins to attack the body. I decided to ration my usage of the 90 capsules to reduce the chance of "diminishing returns". Roughly speaking, I took 30 capsules in month 1, took a break of 4 months, then took another 30 capsules in month 5, another break of 4 months and then the final 30 capsules in month 10. For me therefore, I was able to cover the best part of year with the 90 capsule bottle. Whilst I obviously can't be certain that these and these alone "made me better", as a host of other factors could have played their part, I did notice a significant improvement in much reduced bloating. If you are suffering from bloating after a course of anti-biotics, based on my experience, I would definitely give these a go.

Habe nach Antibiotika Gabe nach einem Produkt gesucht, um mein Mikrobiom wieder aufzubauen. Habe lange Techerchiert und diese als sehr gut empfunden. Wurden insgesamt 2× nachbestrllt. Ließen sich gut nehmen. Verträglichkeit war auch gut. Würde mich wieder für diese entscheiden.

I bought 2 bottles and both of them were expired more than a year Thanks to God that I did not take any but one bottle I gifted to a friend and he has taken it and got Problem . who will be responsible for this why should I complain so that they will take an Action ?
