These inserts seem to be helpful. I use them in my better gym shoe(s).I have plantar fasciitis & need the additional support & these provide the perfect balance.I can tell the difference if I wear gym shoes w/o the inserts.

I’ve been having foot & ankle pain. My podiatrist said I have significantly low arches and my ankles were “impinged.” I use this brand of inserts—my podiatrist says they’re good—so tried this “low” version. Thought they were for low arches, but they increased my foot pain. I’m not likely to get this particular version again. I still like the brand, though.I have a pair of inserts for each pair of shoes so I don’t have to swap them back and forth, and I alternate among my shoes. The inserts hold up real well that way.

I have flat feet and plantar faschitis. These orthotics feel like there is a hard ball under my arch. I wish I could return them. It has been more than 30 days but it took that long to realize I was not getting used to these and my feet were not getting any better . I am looking for an orthotic with a extra low curve to the arch support area.
