I chose this one because of its improved absorption and added cinnamon matrix. After just a couple of weeks, I noticed a positive effect – better blood sugar control and overall improved well-being. The capsules are easy to take, with no unpleasant smell or aftertaste. I also appreciate that it’s a vegetarian formula with no unnecessary additives. I love this product! The capsules are very easy to swallow. There is no flavor & the results are plentiful. I definitely notice a reduced sugar craving as well as a reduction in my appetite. I have noticed an increased mood & energy levels. I am not overweight, but I do notice that these capsules (in addition to my fitness routine & vegan diet) cause a weight reduction/loss. I couldn’t recommend this product enough. There are so many health benefits to berberine & the quality of this product is wonderful.

The product does work. It helped me to lose 1-2 lbs a week by evening blood sugar levels which I feel helped reduce my food cravings. The capsules don’t really have a taste at all and are fairly easy to swallow if you are used to taking supplements.

I’ve been using this Berberine with Ceylon Cinnamon supplement for a week and already notice improved energy and balance. The combination of dihydroberberine and cinnamon is fantastic, and I appreciate that it’s vegan and has high absorption. It’s an excellent antioxidant and AMPk activator. Highly recommend

I was excited to give this supplement a try. Hearing that it boosts your energy, stabilizes your blood sugar. The capsules are average size and were easy to swallow too. I have a sensitive stomach and so I wasnt sure how my gut would react. The first day I took the recommended dosage and did feel a bit more energy. The second day I took the first pill and by the afternoon my stomach was giving me issues. Cramps, diarrhea and the like. As stated I have a sensitive digestive system. These are gluten free as I am too. I would think for people without stomach issues these would be worth a try. As the bump in energy and blood sugar regulation possibilites seem good. For me though I did not take any further doses just based on my own eco system which can tailspin and give me issues. I read up on Berberine and it definitely can cause some people issues. So this is just a note of caution for anyone else with stomach concerns. I will still give 3 stars because easy to swallow and energy upswing too.

If you struggle with insulin resistance for any reason, be it PCOS, diabetes, or just general lifestyle choices, you owe it to yourself to try this supplement. After being diagnosed with PCOS, I went on a mission to reverse it naturally and after much research, this was one of the first supplements I purchased (and continue to use even though I have now reversed almost all of my symptoms)! The combination of Dihydroberberine (DIFFERENT THAN JUST ANY BERBERINE SUPPLEMENT) and Ceylon Cinnamon is very powerful at balancing blood glucose, even after "cheat" meals or desserts! I worse a CGM (continuous glucose monitor) for a month just to get a sense of how my body was reacting to the foods I eat regularly and I can confirm that this supplement definitely helps keep blood sugar more steady when taken with meals, even when that meal isn't exactly light and healthy. Will your blood sugar still go up after you eat a carb heavy meal? Yes, but it probably won't spike as high or stay elevated nearly as long if you take this first. It has worked for me with no ill effects whatsoever! Do yourself a favor and give it a try! I sincerely hope this review has been helpful for someone else. And yes, I pay FULL PRICE for it! Highly recommended. I've been on and off all sort of supplements to help get rid of my belly fat. I work out, have a proper diet but that stubborn belly fat never seems to want to go away.
