Absolutely love this cutlery set. I have a tremor and it really is Surprising how much the added weight helps .

If someone in your family suffers from tremors this is the cutlery for them. They do not stop the tremors but the weight reduces the tremors so that the person can actual get some food into their mouth. I know they are on the pricey side but well worth it. I have tried other cheaper types and they did not perform as well. The nice thing is you can take them out to a restaurant or someone's house for dinner and they do not look out of place and draw attention to the person eating. Love that there is 2 large spoons. Very nice!

This weighted silverware set is beautiful and functional. I purchased these utensils for my husband with essential tremors. They are made with quality materials, durable, and thick enough for hands that would otherwise have trouble grasping a more slender handle. And did I mention they are beautiful? They would give the finest silversmith a run for the money! This set is impressive and worth paying a bit more for. My husband likes them very much- and you will too!

Bought these for my father who has hand tremors. He says they are good 75% of the time but hen they tremors are bad they don't work as well. He is very happy with them, he feels they help him when he's eating. They are good quality.
