Twice the product has split.
Unfortunately, I have ordered this product twice and on both occasions have had issues with the item splitting at the seams just outside of the 30day return warranty. Really disappointed with this item, especially as it comes from such a respected brand.I’ve wasted too much money on these now so I will be looking elsewhere moving forward.

Badly designed - prone to leaks - buy a Camelbak instead
I used this in a Salomon hyrdration backpack whilst training for a marathon and it was great for about 4 decent long runs (between 2 - 3hrs each) but then it sprang a leak. Lower back/legs were absolutely soaked and I ran out of water. There's a weak point near the bottom where there's a seam/join in the plastic. Really disappointed. Read lots of reviews for similar products (the Osprey packs are manufactured by the same people I think) who all said to try a Camelbak one instead - and I'm glad I did. It's much more robust, and just all round better designed. And works equally well in my Salomon hydration backpack (which I've actually been really happy with and WOULD recommend).Avoid. Buy this instead: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01LA5F9X6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1

No 'off' on tube, easy for water to leak!
There are much better bladders out there.I bought this to go with my salomon adv skin 12 as the way the hose is meant to go my other bladder hose is too long. Once I unpacked this bladder and put it in the pack I realised that this hose is also too long! Thats the first annoying thing, waste of money as it isnt compatible with their race packs any more than a cheaper alternative is.Additionally, as this does not have an off switch, any pressure on the end of the hose causes all water to leak out - I put this in my race pack full and have to be careful that the hose is clear of everything when I put my pack down or everything gets soaked. This may not seem like an issue but when you are tired or in a rush or just dont want an extra thing to think about then trust me, it's annoying when all your stuff gets wet.I would not reccommend and if I could send this item back I would!

Complete Rubish!!!
Complete rubish, seam on the bottom if the bag tears apart after very little usage, for that price it’s absolutely ridiculous. On the second long run with this, at 5th km all water from the bag was on my back…Had few of these in the past and both had the same issue…. Poor design..

Love it!
As good as I hoped. As good as the Salomon 500ml h20 flasks which I've used for a year on run vest.. Easy to fill & takes a full 2l and no leakage on 30k hikes.Cleaned before use; easy clean with a little wash up liquid (to dry turn it inside out and balance on the dish rack).Hose connects and disconnects easily with a twist and push/pull movement.Fits inside my osprey tempest 20 easily. More tubular in shape than other makes but moulds well and not noticeable with backpack on. Suck the water to the mouthpiece to rid air before setting off.A long hose decently fits across sternum strap & with a good flowing bite hose.Like that there is no sloshing of h20 as the pack empties as a vacuum and shri kage occurs.I did go on to buy the Osprey hydration hose magnet to attach the hose to mid area of sternum strap. My preferance but not necessary. No bite cap cover on this product - not an issue for me.

Plastic taste, does not go away
I took it out with me three times, washed it out etc. still the plastic taste is very very strong, you literally cannot drink the water at all and nothing helps to remove. Not sure how other people are managing but it's awful.. you'd think such a big company would have been able to find a solution to this by now .. super disappointed, water is undrinkable
