really supportive, definitely get the L/XL if you’re an average sized or more muscular person because it runs pretty small in my opinion

Had knee issues on the build up to a 50 mile mountain race, bought this last minute to see if it would help. I wasn't pain free during the race but I definitely felt supported and was worth buying.
