Life saver. Used this every single time I nursed for the first few days post partum and it works SO FAST. It does taste bad. My husband started mixing it with juice for me and then it was fine. But my itself or in just water, definitely bitter. When I would take this, it would work to relieve cramping almost instantly. And it didn't just "take the edge off" Cramps gone. Perfect.

Helped significantly lower the postpartum contractions. I noticed when I was not taking it the pain intensified, so it really does make a great difference. I’d say it’s the number one tool for pain management in the fourth trimester.

Oh man I love this stuff. And they updated the bottle so its a nice little pump instead of the dropper. The taste isn't bad or too strong. If youre sensitive to tincture taste, just dilute with more water. But it works so so good. I have 6 kiddos and every baby i use this, and do not need any over the counter meds. Pair this with homeopathic Arnica and you'll be living the postpartum dream.

Works well but the taste is awful, might be better drinking it with a little orange juice to mask the taste

This really works for bad cramps

Used this product for the first time after my 3rd baby and I wish I would have found it sooner. I’m quick to reach for ibuprofen for any ailment but have been trying to approach pain more naturally… this worked way better than I was expecting! I will repeat what others have already said in that the taste is pretty strong… I would just mix mine with a little bit of juice or young living Ningxia in a shot glass and take it and that worked pretty well!

I decided to try this product after having my fourth child. I rated this product a 3 because if I didn’t use it, I’m sure the postpartum contractions would have been much worse and I’m also taking into consideration that the afterbirth contractions are a lot stronger the more children you have. If I had taken this product after having my second child then I believe I probably wouldn’t have felt no where near as much pain as I did this time. So I am acknowledging that it does work but the stronger the contractions are the less effective it was for me. My afterbirth contractions were very strong and it got to a point where I was taking more than what was instructed. Overall I think it matters how many times you’ve given birth on how effective this product will be for you. You will definitely need to take Afterease and couple it with a hot towel on your stomach to help ease the pain.
