Love the conditioner, but the shampoo has no thickness and runs off the palm of the hand like a stream of water. I'm disappointed that I can't buy the conditioner separate at a cheaper price than the price of the shampoo/conditioner package. I can buy the shampoo separate but not the conditioner = bummer! Maybe the brand will answer and tell me why I can't buy the conditioner separate. Love the conditioner...can I buy it seaparate from the shampoo somewhere else?

I've been searching for a repairing shampoo for such a long time and FINALLY came across this gem. My hair instantly felt noticeably softer and i had less fallout after my shower with NO greasy feeling (which is what I was afraid of because my hair is oily). I couldn't even believe it, and I love that its a pump bottle because its much easier to use. I just purchased another bottle + conditioner for my mom too. LOVE it!!!!

Made my hair fall out like crazy. Was supposed to help stop that but it made it worse. I think it is the Aargon oil because that is the only different ingredient in this product then from others I have used that did not make my hair fall out. With my head, you just never know what is going to work & what is not going to work. I think for women with a different type of hair, this product would be great.

I have another Argan Oil shampoo and this one holds up to my other - the scent is wonderful, it suds up well and makes my hair feel clean (and smell good). The first time I tried the conditioner, I only used a very small amount, rubbed it into my hair and then washed it out. The problem is, using the conditioner caused my hair to be flat. Understand that I have very curly/wavy hair that is baby fine (I have a LOT of hair, just very fine) so I have always used conditioner sparingly. Many conditioners do this - they just weigh my hair down even after it has been rinsed out. I'm no scientist, but I believe too much of the conditioner gets "caught" on the "curl shingles" that cause my hair to be curly, but when rinsing the conditioner out, too much conditioner gets "stuck" under the shingles and that's why my hair goes flat. Anyway, this conditioner did that. I have no problem with the shampoo, but for me, the conditioner is a bit to thick/heavy.

I am passionate about hair care products and know the importance of products performing as described. I was interested in this set because of the ample size, the addition of Argan Oil & Biotin, and that it was labeled Professional Strength. I have been using the Argan Oil and Biotin Shampoo and Conditioner set for around one month.This is labeled as a Professional Strength Formula. I have long hair that is medium thick. I usually use around a quarter size amount of shampoo on my hair twice. The shampoo in this set does not lather or distribute well in my hair and it requires me to use 3-4 times as much as I would normally. It is a thin shampoo with a light smell that has a soapy fresh undertone.The conditioner is also thin and does not hydrate or saturate my strands well. This has a pleasant lemon smell and is mildly hydrating. After using the set, my hair is not completely clean feeling and there is product residue left behind. Since it is labeled as Professional strength, I expect the cleansing power to be premium. I find that it does not reduce frizz or have the reparative abilities of a Professional strength shampoo and conditioner.It does clean my hair for the day and it is not unpleasant to use. I was expecting a higher performance shampoo and conditioner that required less product use. This may be a good choice for someone who is looking for a mild and gentle cleansing/hydrating combo that has shorter hair or does not use products that may coat their hair.

So, I was looking for taming my frizzy hair without breaking the bank and using 100 products. This shampoo & conditioner duo works like a charm for me. I am so happy I found this because it’s a great product for a great price.

I have recently had hair loss due to a medication I was taking. I thought a shampoo with Biotin might help. I can't address how it does that, yet, because it is too soon, but I can say it lathers well and smells great. I like having the pump tops. Both actually worked - I've had trouble with others not working. My one complaint would be that it is hard to tell which bottle is which at a glance without glasses on. The bottles and labels are exactly the same except for the word shampoo and the word conditioner. Would have been nice if the bottles were different colors or the pump tops were.
