I had severe dry lips and cracks on the corners of my life a few weeks ago. Tried everything and then my pharmacist recommended this stuff. Was worried the menthol would burn my lips but no! This stuff is a MIRACLE! It coats and cools the lips without any tingles or burns. You need to apply it often during the day but it really does help to repair the dry lips and takes more time than we want. I am 2 weeks in and still not quite cleared up yet (would help if I drank more water) but the one day I thought I lost my blistex and had to resort to normal chapstick was the WORST day of my dry lip life! lol Such a great deal to order a large pack. I can keep one in my car, workplace, purse, at home and gave a few away to friends!

Have used Blistex in various forms (tube, little squeeze dispenser) for years, and I like this one the best. It's easily accessible but has a secure lid (so it doesn't come open in your purse or bag and get all over everything). It's small enough to tuck into your pocket or a side pocket in your bag or purse, is readily accessible, and best of all (unlike "stick" forms of lip balm), it also works good for that red, sore nose you get when you have a cold and are blowing your nose constantly. Also, it comes in a packet of 6, so you can tuck one in your purse, your coat pocket, your desk drawer at work and at home ... It has a pleasant, though subtle, smell. It lasts well on your lips (or nose), so you don't have to reapply it every 3 minutes. And ... it seems to promote healing of chapped lips and your red, sore nose. It was recommended to me by a friend, and I'm now a convert.
