Lo, 'tis a glorious sweet and sometimes subtle flavor this dragon fruit power doth impart to my giant salads and oatmeal bowls for the last few months! The subtlety comes from being blended with sometimes competing flavors, like the tuna ventresca or beans in some of my salads. Very high quality, fresh-tasting, gorgeous uplifting (hello, unicorns and fairytale :-)color, nutritious, easy to blend, does not overpower other flavors and unusual ingredient mixes I like to make. I believe I found this brand in one of my Medical Medium books. 1 tablespoon does the trick per serving. Refrigerate after opening.

I love this in my smoothies and nice-cream!!! Beautiful color!! I just wish it wasn’t so expensive, I go through a bag every 2weeks. I compared other dragon fruit product & this one really is the best!! Thank you Medical Medium for introducing me to this product!
