Well made. Riveted handle as you can see. Underside of handle end has hole for hanging; I mention this because you can't see it in the photo. The bottom is flat, VERY important if you use a glass range top. Heat distribution is good: four eggs, sunny side up, fried evenly--which by the way, gives you an idea of the pan's size. In a pinch, you can squeeze in two slices of bread for grilled cheese/french toast. Cooking surface looks very sturdy--it certainly won't peel like less expensive ones--but in any case, you will not need to wash it with anything more abrasive than a sponge... which brings us to it's non-stick quality. It does the job with no sticking whatsoever. I have NOT done the ultimate non-stick test: frying with no oil at all. If you only have one pan, this is the one. Not too big, not too small. I would think it's a great gift for someone just starting out on their own. I hedged at the price--$32 for one pan?!--but it's worth it. Believe me, I will edit this review in the future if the pan doesn't hold up. So far, so good...

Great to have the product deliver as advertised. A very good non stick surface which does not require oil on most occasions to cook the food. Heat is even and food cooks with a caremalised surface with just medium heat. Clean up is simply wipe clean or a simple wash with detergent and a cloth. A very good product and great value for the two frypan set.

This is the best. Don't be fooled by the others.

I saw a few reviews that said these pans aren't any good, they stick, wear out and stuff like that. So I have held off reviewing these until I got some decent usage out of them. These pans are great and clean very easily every time. Over the last two and a bit months I have used them almost every night. I have made stir fry, Spaghetti sauce, Chilli, Bacon (turkey bacon and real bacon) and eggs, sausages ... and I don't know, lots of stuff. So they definitely got a workout. Now I know from experience that you should clean your pans while they are still warm/hot, the sooner you clean them the better, and they clean super easy that way, every time. BUT I also know that most folks don't. So I also left them until I went to bed, to give them time to cool and set, on several occasions. Sure it was a little more difficult to clean them, but not that much more difficult, and they came out perfect every time. I used a plastic bristle pot brush, if anyone cares. I guess if you left them a whole day drying out they would be very difficult to clean, and possibly even damage, but I don't know of many pans that wouldn't end up like that. If you know how to use a pan, these are excellent pans and will clean up easily. I am extremely happy with them.
