Chrome book charger not working

It’s a really bad product. Two months and the battery died. We have to replace it with over AED 650. No warranty

I bought this computer so that I could separate my work files from my personal files and information. I use a MacBook pro for work and did not want to pay several thousand dollars for a personal laptop. In fact, I didn't want to pay over $500. I also wanted it to be compact. So, I first bought a $250 Chromebook that had less than 1080P resolution--I was really disappointed especially when I put it on my 32" 4K monitor. I took it back. I then bought this model because it had high resolution, was small, and had a 2-in-1 form factor. I have been very pleased with this laptop. The resolution on my 32" 4K monitor is excellent. The laptop is small and I can carry it around the house and use it easily on the couch, my bed, the kitchen counter, and connected to my big monitor in my home office. The 2-in-1 functionality works great. The outer casing isn't nearly as sturdy as my new MacBook Pro, but it is great for a sub-$500 laptop. I have never used a Chromebook before and I have to say that it works really well for a home computer. I don't pay extra for virus services, I now put all my personal files on Google Drive (which works great), and I don't have to pay for Office 365 every month. Google applications are close enough in functionality that I am very comfortable using Docs, Slides, and Sheets. Also, since I am an Android user I like getting messages on this laptop. I hope Samsung continues to make this model so that I can buy a new version in about 4 or so years.

Estaba buscando un equipo para complementar mi material de estudio y sin duda lo encontré. Se tiene el dicho que esta clase de equipos son feos, el problema es que es que no se comprende que son equipos para un enfoque educativo o complemento para la productividad, no para jugar o el ocio. Sin duda por el precio, no encontraras algo igual. Algunas características destacadas son los siguientes: - Pantalla táctil, tiene buena respuesta para un uso general, aunque viene incluido con ratón inalámbrico - Los 3 modos de uso (laptop, tableta y pantalla) permiten trabajar de forma cómoda y practica - El stylus permite tener buena respuesta de escritura, muy similar a la respuesta de los GalaxyNote o en su caso de los recientes Galaxy S, sin embargo no esperes que tenga la misma fluidez que un Ipad-Pro, y ciertamente el bolígrafo es algo pequeño comparado con el Apple pencil, pero es una muy buena utilidad para realizar notas. Realice pruebas con el software de Wacom y sin problema detecta el lápiz bloqueando la escritura accidental con la mano. - El procesador es Celeron y se nota en la apertura de ciertas aplicaciones, no es el más rápido pero también permite tener una buena duración de batería En conclusión, si quieres un equipo para enfoque educativo como tomar notas, cursos, lecturas o que complemente tu productividad, no encontraras mejor relación calidad-precio, dado que si le das una oportunidad al sistema operativo encontraras los beneficios, además si buscas las mismas propiedades (incluso de la propia Samsung) como la pantalla táctil + stylus + modo tableta, ciertamente las encontraras pero con un precio mucho más elevado o con venta por separado.

One box was sealed with label do not accept product if seal broken. The other box, yup the seal was broken. Inside it looked like a used Chromebook. Also why are you selling a product that's 1 to 2 year end of life for this price.

This our me off buying any other Chromebook in the future.
