The quality of the pan is very good. I liked a lot cooking using this pan, I just wished that they welded the handle and not used rivets so we can have the inner of the pan clean.

As soon as it arrived I immediately saw something wrong. The pot is very thin at the bottom and I was already biased. The fact is that I started to boil water to make very simple rice. After I cooked the rice the pot began to have black holes in the bottom completely out of nowhere. The rice had stuck in the pot with the water inside it's absurd. I asked for a replacement and the situation was the same. Don't buy this pot because it's not worth it if you're looking for something that lasts and is non-toxic.

Bad quality! It turned yellow as soon as it started to heat. And it makes cracking sound when it gets hot.

Love, love, love this pan! I use it at least 5 times a week. It cleans up quick and easy. Even heating. Very large, no spill overs!

What a great deal for the price! This is a well made heavy gage piece of metal that does not submit to my methods of kitchen torture at all! I burned a lobster tail on it and it came out of the oven blackened and when I washed it, it washed up easily and looked like new! Its also the perfect size, not too big like some of the pans i used to have were and not too small. Just right for the normal kitchen oven. I just love the affordable quality of the pan. Maybe I should try burning err I mean baking some Lasagna in it sometime. I have misused it and it works wonderfully. What a deal!

The Chef's Pan is basically a conical bowled sauté pan. It's great for making sauces, especially when you need to reduce the liquid volume to intensify the flavour. I always found this hard to judge (how do you accurately estimate when you have reduced the liquid by 75% - without constantly pouring the contents into a measuring jug?). But this pan has measurement graduations etched into the inside of the bowl - so problem solved. The pan is also very well made. So overall, very good value for money.
