Excellent book with the assessment test

Zero stars for print quality
The content is good of course, but you also need a magnifying glass to read it. The first 2 chapters (which are introductory) are in a wider and larger font. But once you go beyond to read chapters related to '34 strengths', the font size decreases to unreadable dimensions.
