Brand Rice Stick Noodle - 14 Oz. (Pack of 3 Bags)

This is my second time ordering Three Ladies Rice Stick Noodles, and I should’ve reviewed them sooner. I really enjoy this brand. It’s affordable, consistent, and the cooking instructions on the package are clear and easy to follow. The noodles pre-soak well and only need a quick boil after soaking, which makes them fast and easy to cook. They come out tender with a nice bite and don’t get mushy or gummy like some rice noodles can. Honestly, cooking and eating these takes me right back to enjoying my pho in Vietnam. These are great for pho, stir-fries, and leftover adventures! I’ve gotten a few friends hooked on this brand and everyone’s been happy with them. I love the value of getting three bags in one purchase. They store well in the pantry and take on whatever flavor you’re cooking them with. I’ll definitely continue reordering!

These are the best rice noodles. So much more economical that buying from the grocery. They taste amazing, soften up quickly in hot water, and work great for all sorts of Thai dishes.

Very good noodles…just be prepared to soak for an hour before using them.

So going gluten free is sometimes a challenge, or maybe I should say, "it opens up new culinary choices". Well, this choice was a good one. We really enjoy Asian dishes, especially Thai. [Get anything from Mae Ploy and it is amazing.] So I purchased these rice noodles to be a "delivery system" for the great flavors (of the aforementioned Mae Ploy curries and sauces) and these noodles are wonderful. Excellent (and authentic) flavor, quality, just the right thickness, easy to prepare and a good price. Hmmm... I think I need to make some more for dinner.

This is like the best rice noodle brand I have had. Went so good in pho!

The size of the noodle was disappointing. I prefer the angel hair rice noodles. It was acceptable for a large gathering.
