It’s low in calories for the amount of protein it provides, so that’s useful if you’re working on building muscle and losing weight. Also, great for wound healing if that’s what you need it for!

I tried this a while back when my mother was using it to up her protein intake before liver surgery, and as someone who works out 5-6 days a week this is a great way to get 16g of protein. Taste is very sweet but mix it in water and it goes down fine.
