For congestion and sinus pressure I found this to work the best for me for relief. I haven’t needed it for pain but the pressure and congestion it has worked very well (20-30 minutes) and I have relief for nearly 8 hour work day or to get to sleep while not battling the congestion without waking up to blow my nose or struggle with shortness of breath from congestion. The pills are quite small and easy to take if you struggle with pills. I do not but felt it worth mentioning since many do. Price is affordable and effective results.

I have had the worst pain in most of my teeth. My dentist took xrays and was ready to pull a couple. After the second X-ray, he said we need to step back and re-eval. I was sent to a second dentist and he said it’s sinus! A friend said she has the same symptoms....pain into the ears and down the side of the face. Back teeth hurt, upper and lower. I was taking regular Sudafed and I improved. I bought one, which had a few more ingredients. MAJOR difference. I will keep taking this thru allergy season. At least I can chew now.
