Is this as simple to operate as the instructions say ((1) add coffee (2) fill with water (3) brew for 12-24 hours (4) flip to filter coffee extract)?

Yes. It’s exactly that simple. Once you fill with water though you can flip it once, and then back to get more of the grounds soaked. After 12 hours, I do another two flips. Coffee comes out great.

The company sent me new O-rings when I had that issue. That being said, you have to keep the O-ring wet when you are screwing on the base. It is the same principal of putting oil on the gasket of an oil filter before screwing onto the motor.

Is it possible to replace the filters on this? And if so, how? And where do you get the filter replacements?
