Excellent protection. Sturdy. But only issue is it causes impression or mark on my wrist. So I have to keep removing and wear it between sets.

Needed these for bench only because I tended to bend my wrist while benching. They really help with bracing and are tougher and higher quality than I anticipated, worth every cent. Don't use them much these days, that's how good they are, they helped with my wrist bracing and stability to the point I can now keep my wrists braced and straight through every rep on bench under heavy loads (we're talking 3 digit numbers on bench here, in kilos of course 😏). I'm sure I'll use them again here and there but more as training wheels for when I'm hitting heavier weight for a PR. Originally wanted the black and red ones for simplicity but the camo was on special when i bought it but didn't regret it when I finally got them, the camo looks really good. Top tier, only have praises, no complaints. Looking to get the lifting straps next by the same brand some time next year

Recién me inicie con esto de acudir a un gimnasio y debido a la inexperiencia, empecé con dolor en las muñecas, por una mala ejecución de los agarres y el movimiento. Después de 4 meses de pulir la técnica y con la reciente incorporación de estas muñequeras, debo decir que son Justo lo que necesitaba, brindan un buen soporte al momento de ejercitarse con peso, brindando una postura adecuada para evitar lesiones y aunque llevo un par de semanas usándolas esporádicamente porque no es necesario en todas las rutinas, se sientes bastante bien, salgo del gym sin ningún malestar por lo que sin duda seguiré trayéndolas conmigo. El velcro hasta ahora cumple bien su función, la elasticidad de la muñequeras bastante buena, que incluso hay que aflojarlas de vez en cuando porque es tal la presión que corta la circulación sanguínea, pero nada que no se resuelva con ajustar. Estéticamente se ven bastante bien, el color está fregón, que incluso ya más de uno piensa adquirirlas. El único detalle que hasta ahora noté, es el resorte del pulgar, no se si es por que tengo la mano delgada, que seguido se mueve y causa una ligera molestia por tener que estarlo acomodando en todo momento, que al final nada tiene que ver con el buen soporte que brinda, simplemente es una observación.

The wraps can feel a bit bulky but definitely effective in providing support for my wrists during heavy push or curl exercises.
