They arrive melted. Can't open the wrappers. Costly to throw away

I like these and I order them a lot. But lately when I received them they were melted and I couldn’t even get them out of the wrapper. I ordered 2 lots and both were melted.

I was pleasantly surprised by this low-carb dessert bar. Being a diabetic, my sweet treats need to be sugar free and low carb and not to taste like "cardboard". The rich taste and creaminess of this bar hits the spot without being sugary or artificial, no weird aftertaste. This is one of the best options for a low carb treat and I will definitely be buying more in the near future,
