It is awesome, it helps calm down my turbulent brain and helps me sleep better

First introduced by my wellness nutrition/chiropractor who also practices applied kinesiology in 2010, I have 'tested' for it multiple times and have found this product to help my mind and body release negative mood/thought patterns and thus reduce anxiety. All I can say is Wow. Struggling with falling asleep, I took 3 drops before my evening shower and I was feeling sleepy by the time I was applying my skincare routine. It's that nice feeling in your arms and legs- right before you're falling asleep on your own. I didn't expect this to be so powerful. I don't think I'll be able to take it during the day to quiet my mind, but I might try one weekend, starting with 1 drop. Great quality and fast delivery.
