just started taking this product a week ago coupled with magnesium. the two work really well together for rest and relaxation. i trust this company- always reliable and consistent.

This did not help me sleep but it works great for my dog and luckily I got it just in time for 4th of July freak out😍 I asked my chat gpt if it was good and it told me how much to give my dog as you need to go by weight and start out with small dose. I had to break open capsule for first few days.

This product does NOT work as it says it will. I took the required dosage about an hour before I went to bed. I never have a problem falling asleep but my problem is staying asleep. I went to bed and to sleep at 9 p.m. only to awaken at 1130sh (2.5 hours later) wide awake as if I had drunk caffeine or took some other stimulant. I never slept the rest of the night. Needless to say, I was so NOT happy! I need to know how to go about getting a refund on the waste of my money. Thanks.

I love this product. It enabled me to gently get off sleep meds for the first time in at least a decade. This plus magnesium glycinate is the winner by far. So far I've purchased it 3 times and plan to stay with it.
