This heats up really quickly and is excellent however the power connection is at the rear of the collar and unreachable, you have to take it off if you need to move about therefore loosing any heat then reconnect before sitting down again. It would be much better at the front.

Perfect item for my neck problems highly recommend this. It is restricting but I use it at bedtime before I go to sleep so not that bad works better than putting stuff in a microwave and heating it. I would definitely give this a 10 out of 10.

Perfect for use on my whiplash

I have an arthritic neck. This Heat pad has elements going part way up the neck (many have no elements there) and the height of the collar holds the heat in for the rest of the way up.Some reviews have said it is heavy. I have found that I do not notice the weight once in place as shoulders and back take any weight. I cannot get the poppers to connect (I always have difficulties with plastic poppers) but over a jersey its own weight holds it where I put it.MY only quibble is that the lowest heat temperature is too hot on my neck unless I put a scarf round the neck first. Hoever I ususally do have scarf on anyway this is not a major problem for me but it might be for others.I have not tried it in bed, but htink I woud find it difficult to use there.

Gets nice and hot while you are sitting However if you need to move you have to remove and also need to be near a plug to use. Would of preferred a battery charging one that i could wear while moving around. A little disappointed

Lovely quality product. Good for pain relief or keeping warm. The size and fit is versatile as both my husband and I can use it comfortably.

A fantastic item. Drape around shoulders or use on your back. Eases muscles and warms you up!
