Let's start with negative side: the taste is very bad and chemical, but the taste is not that important. I liked the quality so much, the energy lasts for two hours. I usually have Training session at the evening so after taking Joker i can easy fall asleep at night. This pre workout gave me huge concentration and motivation. But i don't suggest it taking everyday, only on hard workout days. Give it a 4 stars cause of the taste

After 1 scoop of joker pre-workout stars to kick pretty quickly, I really recommend it you can drink it with 1 finger of water or just straight from the container
