Both my husband and I started to take this supplement for good health and discovered that it helped with dryness of the eyes. It is very efficient especially if spending hours in front of the computer, even though this is not one of the listed benefits of this product. Before taking this antioxydant, we were using eyedrops to help with this issue. Now, we never have to since starting day 1 of this supplement! My 88 year old mother is also taking it for her eyes and is very satisfied with the results.
