Good quality. Pretty fast clipper. Lightweight. Get a cord cover as the cords are on the thinner side and tangle easily. Definitely worth the money.

The clipper works awesome most times ...the cord is a bother tho and it tends to shut off .. the blade that came with it was useless .. it was too much of a bother to return it so I kept it otherwise it's ok it doesn't get hot and it's lightweight

I can’t say enough good things about this trimmer. We bought a poodle, but didn’t want to spend over $1,000 per year on hair cuts, so we researched trimmers. I’ve always been a fan of Wahl products (I supervised the barbershops in a large prison) so I have great faith in them. All the reviews I read on the KM10 were great. It’s very easy to use, it’s way more quiet than I expected. Most of my experience with animal trimmers has been the old style sunbeam sheep shears. Turns out trimming a dog is similar to trimming a sheep. Once the dog realized he could see better when I trimmed around his eyes, he’s much easier to trim. We do little bits every other week and he looks good all the time. The trimmer has already paid for itself. My husband even got it out one day when I wasn’t home and used it on himself. He says it works way better than the wahl clippers I use on his hair.

I am a professional dog groomer. I am always up for new and better equipment. A fellow groomer that i respect. Yold me i should buy the wahl km-10. Soooo. Spent the money. The clippers that i received have a feature that my friends did not. At this time, after fooling with it. They came right on. But most days i have to fool with the plug til it get the right contact and run properly throughout my day. I do not understand the reason for such a feature. I am typically an andis girl. I am willing to yry new things. I do have to make mental adjustments for these new clippers. They are so soft on the outside, that at first they were slipping out of my hands. Okay fine. They are quite, powerful and pretty. But wish that the plug was normal. Just don't understand the need for this feature. I apologize for the video. Was trying to take a video and work the plug with one hand.

I have Yorkies and have been grooming them myself all the time. I've been using a Wahl made for barbers but is not really so easy to use it especially with my cotton coated Yorkshire Terriers. I've been always struggling. I decided to invest on this...a more expensive one but is such a joy to use. It goes through their hair so much easier. Of course I have to prepare them prior to clipping with some brushing and combing. I would recommend this and I told myself I should have invested on this a long time ago.
