The blade is very sharp . Quality is good . It is time saving and easy to use . Overall It’s good .

Finally, the right one
Did a lot of search for a chopper. Our earlier one was rendered useless since the "gear" thread on the blade spindle wore off - as a result, the top unit worked but could not rotate the blade. Once bitten, forever shy, I started searching for an arrangement different from this. Stumbled on this Morphy Richards chopper which had the cross like top of the blade spindle insert into a corresponding groove on the top motor part. This, I believe, will prevent the kind of wearing off I have seen earlier. Has been a great experience so far - the two sets of blades help as well.

Not able to claim warrenty
The product is good, but suddenly it stopped working, we need to check with the product support team, but we are not finding a way to claim the warrenty.

It is amazing for dialy use. Easy to use and clean as well.

Blade got stuck.
Check whether you have a company service in near. The blade got stuck exactly after 10 months. Couldn't locate a service centre, finally bought another brand.

Really silent as compared to other choppers. 800ml size is better in capacity than most other brands.
