This product arrived with only 1 pack of 16 eventhough it advertised 2 packs of 16. At first, I assumed that it was an error and sought a place to launch a complaint. As I search, I discovered a list of reviews with the same complaint. This lead me to assume that this may be a case of false advertisement. I started hopeful that I would be compensated for the other pack, but after seeing so many complaints, I'm doubtful. I guess I paid to be reminded of a invaluable lesson - read the reviews prior to purchasing anything online.

I hope you read the reviews before purchasing (which I did not) only one pack delivered instead of the advertised 2! This seems to have been a common issue!!

I enjoy a cup of Lemon balm tea before bed or any time I want to calm the mind and body.

At evening help me with cortisol and water retention, color is clear red at a 205 degree water temperature for 5 minutes, 10 minute results with more strength, also, the quality is there, I don't need a sweetener, taste really good along.

We have been drinking licorice root tea for decades now. I started it many years ago when I used to smoke. It is an expectorant, meaning either from smoking or cold, after drinking it, one will spit up phlegm, clearing up your breathing. It has another benefit, after drinking it, a cigarette will taste awful because of the sweet taste it leaves in the back of the mouth. It might help you quit. I did, many years ago. I like the taste of it, just like Ginseng tea, they need no sweetening. I have not had any for a long while. I had two leftover bags of this same brand in a sealed cannister, and they were great. I found these here on Amazon, and I am now a happy camper. Same great flavor.
