Nice quality, good sound and very portable
I learn to play guitar by using apps and watching videos since about 1 year. As I am travelling a lot by plane I was looking for an option to play guitar while on the road. I tried a gitalele, but I didn’t like the very small size. Then I found this traveler guitar, watched and read some reviews and then I decided to buy. At the same time I ordered a strap and a headphone amplifier: the strap helps to hold the guitar when playing, without an amplifier the guitar is not producing much of the sound. The guitar has a good quality and it’s really pleasant to hold it in your hands. It requires a little time to get used to it as it has not the full-size body (you need to find a comfortable position for your right hand). Without an amplifier one barely hear the sound of the strings, so you can practice basically everywhere. If you want to hear a proper sound you can attach any headphones or a speaker to the amplifier. I use wired Bose headphones or a little wired speaker, which fits into the pocket of the guitar’s bag (along with amplifier, lap rest and cable). If you want to have it all wireless, you would need to buy a wireless transmitter on top. I cannot judge on the sound quality of the guitar as I am not a professional: for me, when using proper headphones, it sounds actually better than my “traditional” Cort guitar. I have the feeling that it masks my mistakes. The transportation goes very easy: I pack the guitar into it’s bag and put it diagonally into my suitcase, then my clothes around it and on the top – ready to go. I transported it as check-in luggage on the plane for several flights already and all is fine. I just love this guitar!

As a owner of four other guitars and someone who travels in places where a full size guitar is not always practical this thing is a great thing. Im currently deployed with the US Army and this thing just works. Taken right out of the box the guitar only needed to be slightly tuned up with no adjustment on the truss rod or action whatsoever it was literally perfect. The feel of the neck is great. This guitar plays practically just as good as my home guitar except I like my action extremely low just before buzzing occurs. So this might just be perfect for anybody else. A few key points I really like on this is this side and weight. Pictures and really do not do this thing justice. It is the perfect size. Super small, light and compact. Just what anyone traveling far or short distances would preferably need. Another key point on this and this my preference but there guitar itself is somewhat difficult to hold or get use to really. I view this as a pro because it forces you to really grip the thing and get better neck feel and feel overall for strumming and body position. In an intermediate player and this guitar will leave the excuse of not being able to play because not available history. Good for any level player. Im teaching a few guys here with me how to play on it and they've all said how they love it and are getting themselves one out here in this desert h*llhole too👍🏼 5/5 if your a serious player I would seriously consider the pro series with the two amp setup. I will more then likely be selling this one later and purchasing me that one at a better time. Good job Travel Guitar

For the past decade my overseas deployments inevitably find me buying a guitar locally and then donating it to some worthy cause when I leave. Now I can take my box with me! Innovative design and great action this ultra light is a great companion to my other guitars and as a lefty I no longer have to suffer the ' we'll change the strings round for you' response in foreign countries. An added bonus was that having looked at the guitar over a 6 month period I found that when I came to buy it the price had dropped by nearly 30%. Only down side is it really needs a small amp but with the market abundant I had no trouble picking one up that fitted inside my suitcase.

It's amazing product. It was for my 8 year old son . We wanted a full size guitar but size was the problem and he was left handed. This is perfect for those left handed kids , whose creativity exceeds their age . Don't stop them , hers the alternative to the big bulky guitar. The only downside, if you feel is one is , you always need an amp for it to be heard . Everything else is perfect.

Great! Forget the fact that it was made in China, this is the real deal. A lovely wooden body and neck. Plays beautifully and packs away small enough.
