Usually several hour for me. Sometimes, at the beginning of a new big "bump" it has to be put on more often. Because of it, I can go to sleep & usually stay asleep.

I just went to CVS to get this today and it was $30 +, the cvs knock off brand was $23+, the same range that is being sold by this seller. So the price is fair compared to what you would pay at a retail store. It is an expensive product yes, but this seller is selling it for a better price than retail, which is why I am buying it here.
