Bull Stainless Steel Pro Grill Griddle (97020)

I picked up the Bull griddle to expand what I could do on my Bull grill, and honestly, I wish I had added it sooner. It opens up a whole new world of outdoor cooking options. I'll list some pros and cons below. Pros: I like the versatility of the griddle. Breakfast on the grill? No problem. Pancakes, eggs, bacon—it handles all of it with ease. I’ve also used it for smash burgers, fajitas, stir fry, and even seared scallops. It heats evenly and holds that heat like a champ. This griddle is heavy-duty, solid stainless steel, well-machined edges, and it slides in perfectly where the Bull grill grates would typically go (you have to remove them). It’s not flimsy or cheap—definitely built to last. Lastly, it’s simple to slide in and out when you want to switch between grilling and griddling. Cleanup is also easier than I expected, especially if you oil it up a bit beforehand. Cons: It’s not light, which is a testament to its quality—but just know you’ll need two hands (and some gloves) to move it. Grease management is challenging as there’s no built-in grease trap like you would have on a dedicated griddle (e.g., Blackstone), so you’ll need to manage that with a scraper or drip pan nearby. Not a huge deal, just something to be aware of. Overall: If you love outdoor cooking and want to break out of the usual grill routine, the Bull griddle is a fantastic upgrade. It turns your grill into a flat-top powerhouse and adds a ton of flexibility to your cookouts.

my husband and dad just built an outdoor kitchen area with a new 'bull' grill. he was still wanting to be able to use a griddle without having an actual griddle and THIS IS PERFECT. it matches everything else, fits perfectly and works great! very pleased!

This is heavy, sturdy and so far, has no warping like I’ve seen cheaper versions do.

Love the product. Would definitely buy again or suggest to others. It is pretty heavy and quality is solid. It fits perfectly on the grill. I seasoned the grill in the oven using canola oil. I use it to cook seafood, veggies, chicken, etc. Cleans easily and looks good in the grill.

Was sick of dried out burgers on the grill. This bull griddle has turned by grill into the envy of any high-end burger joint. Great for veggies and grilled onions as well!

This is a partial grill insert. It is not 30” in length as advertised in the product description. It is only 20” in length.
