RIEDEL VERITAS CHAMPAGNE WINE GLASS

These are beautiful crystal glasses. They are incredibly thin and fine, however, I hosted a brunch in which a friend knocked hers off the dining table onto our Saltillo tile floor and to everyone's surprise the glass did not break, scratch or chip! We picked it up, filled it back up, and kept going! I would buy again. I love they way they look and feel. Next I will but the Old World Pinot set.

Ces verres sont les plus agréables et les plus révélateurs. La finesse du buvant, l’équilibre du verre dans la main, une ligne simple et très élégante Et surtout, malgré l’impression de fragilité due à leur magnifique finesse : ils sont très résistants. Parfait ! Champagne !

Terrific!!!

These are great champagne glasses, perfect for tasting. My one qualm is that the stem is very thin and the glass itself is very... dainty. So while it is the perfect vessel for some vintage Veuve Clicquot, washing them afterwards can be a genuine fright. My roommate won't even go near them... So yes, if you can be very careful and handle with care, then go for it.
