Pigmenta bien y es fácil de utilizar. Pero debería de tener la punta más fina para facilitar el delineado en los ojos. Se cuartea un poco.

I received opened item. How I can know that it is not used? How can I return my money back?

This eyeliner goes on almost clear... supposed to be neon yellow. I tried applying another coat but it's just a super clumpy jelly like substance that won't ever dry. I waited 10 minutes and the first (lightly applied) coat, and it wouldn't dry. Just a super sticky mess...

It has the jelly like texture of children's finger paint and is extremely thin. Even multiple coats are streaky and you can't get a uniform line. It's also just yellow, not neon.

Honestly amazing for the price, I really wasn’t expecting much at all. You’ll need a good 2-3 layers to get it right but it lasted all night. I’ll definitely be using it again!
