Tasty wafer but soon get stomach upset, mentioned KETO but my Glucose level shoot-up once after having this.

As someone who follows a keto lifestyle, I’m constantly on the hunt for new snacks beyond the usual meat sticks and cheese options. I decided to give these Atkins keto wafers a shot, picking up both the peanut butter and chocolate flavors to compare and hopefully find a new favorite. Unfortunately, there were some disappointments (which, to be fair, isn’t unusual with keto-friendly sweets.) Let’s start with the chocolate flavor.. It was a complete miss for me. There wasn’t any discernible chocolate taste, and what did come through was a sharp, bitter aftertaste that lingered unpleasantly. The texture was fine, but the flavor was so off-putting I couldn’t bring myself to finish the box. I usually enjoy Atkins products and have had good experiences with their bars and shakes, but this one was a rare fail. I ended up tossing the rest out, which I rarely do with snacks. The peanut butter wafers, on the other hand, were at least passable. While the flavor was still a bit muted and the outer white chocolate coating didn’t add much, there was a decent peanut butter taste that came through. It wasn’t rich or bold, but it was enough to satisfy a small craving without making me feel like I was wasting a snack. Not amazing, but edible and certainly better than the chocolate. If you're craving a wafer-style snack on keto and absolutely want to try one, I’d say go for the peanut butter version. That said, there are definitely better-tasting and more satisfying options within the Atkins line and other keto brands. These wafers wouldn’t make my regular rotation, but they might work in a pinch if you manage your expectations.

I have a severely deficiency of protein, I saw these at CVS and tried them, they were very good and I hope when I have my full blood work then my protein is a lot better. I am a diabetic type 2 and no insulin. These come in different flavors. I like the peanut butter and just got 2 boxes of Lemon Cream. If you have a shortage of protein, pick what suits you, but I would recommend Atkins Peanut Butter Protein Wafer Crisp. Enjoy. Ordered them on Thursday and arrived Friday morning.
